Converted, self contained annexe with own entrance. Consisting of a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom and the use of my conservatory. Tweedbank train station is 15 minutes walk and provides easy access to Edinburgh whilst Galashiels and Melrose and The Borders General Hospital are a short drive. Please Note: situated in a quiet narrow cul-de-sac, there is no suitable parking for larger vehicles eg lorries, trailers etc. However, there is space on my drive for 2 cars.
