It is a 10-minute walk from the low-dong terminal, 1 block from the side of the road, 1 minute from the bus stop, and it is easy to park nearby. There is a convenience store, restaurant, etc. within a 10-minute walk, so it is accessible and good for 4 people. There is a toaster (free) and a coffee machine (capsule charge), so it is convenient to have a simple breakfast. Simple cooking utensils such as a microwave, electric stove, and electric kettle are available, but cooking food such as meat with a lot of smell is prohibited.
