New house combining tradition and modernity on a beautiful plot in the countryside. Located 15 minutes from Annecy, 5 minutes from the Gorges du Fier and the Château de Montrottier, 5 minutes from the Jardins Secrets and 40 minutes from Geneva. Close to many ballad departures including the path of Compostela accessible on foot from the house. The garden is equipped with a living room, barbecue, covered terrace for meals, all in a bucolic setting. We own animals, 2 cats and 2 miniature goats.
