Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. A landscaped neighborhood of a house for your convenience: a patio with deck chairs and bath tubs in the summer, a porch with heated water for spring and fall days, outdoor seating on a partially covered patio next to a small pond, a barbecue or roast area. Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request.

Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime... Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. NO PET REQUESTS PLEASE WE HAVE 2 VERY FRIENDLY CATS LIVING ON THE PROPERTY. if you don't like cats please do not send a request. NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES OR EVENTS. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town. The cottage in the trees overlooks the lake in a tranquil area ,a large garden/orchard. A very friendly, 2 year old cat lives here with us.
