We welcome you to the ground floor of our family house, former rectory, in the heart of Yvoy-le-Marron, a pretty solognot village of 700 inhabitants. The house overlooks a large communal green space and a pond. In the village, a few meters away: gourmet restaurant and local shops. We are 10 minutes from Center Parc, 10 minutes from La Ferté St Aubin, 15 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron and the A71 motorway (Lamotte-Beuvron exit), 35 minutes from Orléans. The environment is extremely quiet.

Great location in this beautiful little town in sologne south of Orléans Chambord castle 30 mn by car, Other "Chateaux de la Loire" and discover the Loire River on canoe. wonderful country side, plenty of wood, trail, en Bike rides and Horses. 4 golfs around. Quiet peacefull place, i have few bikes for you to ride around in the wood.
