The location is very convenient, you can go in all directions, you are quickly in Germany and Belgium and are very attractive for hikers and cyclists but also for people who also like shopping or a visit to e.g. Drielandenpunt,Maastricht,Valkenburg,Aachen etc.

Completely renovated studio - apartment (single occupancy) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads over our courtyard.
