The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort, especially spacious are bathroom and living area. Ancient truss has been partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farm, there are other apartments located on the farm and the farm shop 'Moosbeerhütte'.

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km away. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is just outside the door.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has new and upscale facilities. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen can be reached in less than an hour. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday use.
