This is a spacious room with a single bed for one person in a quiet Victorian house in Broadwater Worthing. The room is stylishly decorated with art work from local artists.. There is a large desk area for a laptop, chest of drawers and cupboard for storage. It has a separate bathroom with shower which is for the sole use of the Air BnB occupant. We are situated in a quiet street right next to Victoria Park. The station is a five minute walk away and the beach is a ten minute walk away. The town centre is between us and the beach. Parking is free. There are good rail links between Brighton (20mins) Chichester (20 mins) and London . We have an art deco pier, the Worthing eye, Highdown Hill and gardens as well as two cinemas and a theatre. Montague Road ( 10 mins) is a very pleasant pedestrian street with a huge variety of eateries.

We can offer safe storage for bicycles, Motor bikes. Horsham offers great shopping, East Street is full of lovely restaurants. We are a few mins walk from a lovely park with leisure facilities, live music in the summer and lovely walks. Our rooms are particularly favoured by business traveller as our package offers parking wifi and excellent accommodation. Check in is between 3-6pm (if you know you are unable to meet this, let us know, we will be flexible if we can. Check out is 9am.
