Beautiful, newly-renovated one-bed cottage annexed to our home set in a large, mature garden near to Panbourne and Goring (both on the Thames) Henley-on-Thames and Oxford. Private access to our indoor pool (EXTRA CHARGE OF £20 PER DAY USED / times to be agreed, generally off Nov to April, and occasional maintenance puts it out of action) Superb area for walks, cycling (we can provide space to keep bikes) and adventures on the river. Excellent range of restaurants and pubs nearby.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called @Baxters. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.
