Spacious log cabin (120m2) in the peace of the countryside. Great for families and those looking for a peaceful getaway. The cottage has 6 sleeping places and 3 bedrooms. Two double beds and 2 single beds , the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people if needed. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, there is a lot in connection with the beach sauna. A lot is included in the weekly price, on weekends for an extra cost. A well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a summer kitchen has a fireplace, a wood stove, and a gas burner for the wall bottom pan.

The cottage is located about 40km west of the E75 road, and going north we are about halfway through Finland and the link to Haapajärvi will not extend your trip much. The large windows and terrace of the cottage overlook the lake directly from the living room, bedroom and sauna. From the sauna you go straight to the lake to cool off.

Yli 100-vuotias vanha pappila on täydellinen loman tai vaikka polttareiden viettopaikka isollakin porukalla. Kesällä meille sopii 18 yöpyjää, muina aikoina noin 12. Pappila sijaitsee kahden järven välissä, kauniisti mutkittelevan joen rannassa, rauhallisen maalaiskylän keskustassa. Päärakennuksen lisäksi pihapiirissä on vanha hirsiaitta sekä tunnelmallinen, vanhasta riihestä tehty sauna. Lähistöllä on kaikki palvelut ja aktiviteetit. Salamajärven kansallispuisto on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.
