2 Bathrooms are sharing. We are near Lidl grocery shop and next to Radisson Hotel. New King Size bed and Pull Out Sofa in attached private living room. We are just accross the street that leads few min walk to beach 😊 Bathrooms are sharing if there are other guests in the house (thats usually just summer time) otherwise guests could have bathroom for themselves :) Kitchen, Living Room, Balcony are modern and lovely, they are shared spaces with other guest in the summer too.

This cosy apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Split, on the top floor of the building. If your idea of a perfect vacation means getting away from the crowd of the city center, but still staying close to it (only an 8 min drive) then this is the place for you. Its large terrace with beautiful unspoilt view of the sea and the nearby islands will help take all your stress away. If you're arriving by car, there is free parking in front of the building.

Lovely Room in a Luxury Apt./Walk to Beach

Parking is free around buildings. Private Bedroom in a luxury, spacious flat (Guest house) just near the beach, behind hotel Radisson. There are 4 bedrooms (not all the rooms are in use). There are 2 bathrooms in the flat for our guests plus kitchen, balcony and living room. Bedroom comes with a house and room key. Also contains wifi, new bed, and closet. Kitchen is free to use until 9pm. We are always available for anything the our guests might need.
