I will meet my guests at the meeting point at the Marina, and present my self, my co-hosts and Crew. When all guests arrived at the meeting point, we go to the boat, where i provide a short security briefing about the tour and what includes, such as the wine and the snacks. We will then head down the Tagus River to begin our tour, departing from Lisbon’s Alcântara Marina and heading towards Belém. We are going to pass through some of the most iconic monuments and the crew is going to tell some histories about Portugal and the discoveries. You will after this be taken up river seeing a panoramic view of the city as you go under the bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and observe Cristo Rei in all its majesty overlooking Lisbon. Finish your tour sailing towards the sunset enjoying your wine while returning to the marina in Alcântara. During this tour, great conversation is always a “must have” and you can learn a bit about the nautical history of Lisbon and get suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Welcome to the Village of Sintra! To start the day we will walk through the historical center crossing those little streets full of cute shops, Cafe's and colorful old houses! With small surprises on the way we will admire the beautiful views to the mountain and take a look at the national Palace of Sintra! Then we make our way to Quinta da Regaleira! Full of secret caves built in labyrinth, hidden lakes and waterfalls... Along with an exotic variaty of nature... It's one of the highlights of the day! And to make the best out of this experience I'll tell you everything you need to know! The history behind them and some valuable tips! Also I'll guide you halfway inside these gardens but also let you enjoy it by yourself for a while! Now after all the walking it's time for a rest.. so let's get back in the van and fly through the narrow mountain roads and discover the green mistic enchanted Forest of Sintra! And suddenly, when you least expect... you are at the most western point of Europe CABO DA ROCA! Finally time for food! We are going to a traditional Portuguese restaurant where you will try some of the best delecacies in Portugal! To finish this day with a huge smile on our faces and some of the best photos we have the king of the mountain right at the top waiting for us, the PENA PALACE! #We don't go inside the rooms of the Pena palace but we go to the terraces.#

During the boat tour the unique light of the city, the seven hills and their monuments in the riverside area will accompany us. From the dock of Santo Amaro the sailing tour takes us to the Trade Place (Praça do Comércio), a square that opens on the river and is admired in all its splendor from the water. From here, we are able to look at some of Lisbon's oldest districts, such as the Baixa, Saint George Castle, or Alfama that comes down the hill, with its typical old houses. The boat tour will cross then the Tagus river until the south bank, you get a unique view of the city - the perfect postcard. Later, in the area of ​​Belém we will sail in front of the Belem Tower or the Monument to the Discoveries. If you choose the sunset tour you will have the possibility to sail along the Tagus and enjoy an unforgettable sunset tour. At the same time, we ask you to let yourself go, relax, have a drink and enjoy our national cheeses and ham while you during an amazing boat tour along Lisbon. We start at one of the BEST markets in the WORLD! (USA Today’s words :D ) Here is the real deal!! Authentic locals, simple cuisine and fresh products. All you can ask surrounded by beautiful tiles and the background noise of the moving population. Our VANessa (yes we named our van) will then take us to the most photoscenic place in the Park, the famous viewpoint with a ramp. We proceed and hike to a hidden cave. I’ll tell you all about its secrets and history and then head to one of my favorite beaches in Portugal. This is a relaxing place surrounded by the ocean and the mountains. We will have lunch at one of the restaurants here and you can also go for a swim if you want to. Our day ends visiting a winery in a small village called Azeitão. We will do a wine tasting of the local wines and toast to new experiences and making new friends! Other things to note: Some locations are subject to change. In this adventure you'll not only learn all about Azulejos, from the origins to the contemporary use, but above all you'll have the opportunity to paint your very own tile since there's no better way to learn something than experiencing it. I'll explain you how to do it and you will have the choice between several models and keep an unforgettable memory of your visit to Lisbon.This workshop will happen in one of the iconic neighborhood in town . This is the only cooking class in Portugal where you get to learn about pastry making inside a real Portuguese bakery, with a professional pastry chef! NOTE: from May we will have a new bakery in LISBON. We are currently rebranding so the photos here do not look exactly like the new location, but they are representative of the experience we will enjoy together. :) The workshop starts with an introduction to the history of Pastel de Nata. After you've geared up, you'll go inside a pro kitchen where you will learn how to bake the irresistible Portuguese Custard Tarts (aka Egg Tarts) everybody loves! This is HANDS-ON experience! Unlike other classes of Pastéis de Nata around Lisbon, we will show you how to make puff pastry from scratch. Afterwards, we will make the custard and bake it all inside a professional oven. During this class we all work together as a team. Everyone will get to make at least 3 tarts by hand - learn how to laminate the dough, shape it with a specific Pastel de Nata technique, fill in the custard, etc. We'll end tasting the warm tarts with a drink of choice. * ADULTS & KIDS +8.y.o. welcome! This is Lisbon's alternative walk. It mainly explores alleys, courtyards and shortcuts. On 80% of our experience we'll not meet other visitors. The walk is all about the Portuguese identity and history, our culture, social and economic facts and Lisboa's traditions. It is a 5 km (3 Miles) walk on a hilly city, so there will be going up and down, with stairs and cobblestone. I really like the fun and social side of this experience and it includes geographical specifications and the historical/cultural content. It's very family friendly, so if you like to walk and you are interested on our nation details and people's character, you're most welcome to #1 walk in the country! It's also cool as a first contact since I'm happy to tell you tips for food, Fado, literature and simple things like how to get transported around the place. And all Lisboa's atractions that are not covered by the walk. . All I look for is to stablish a frendly and joyfull relation between all of us participating! For 90 minutes I will take you to visit the most friendly sights , streets and viewpoints in Lisbon. Go Sailing Lisboa offers you the chance to appreciate the wonderful Lisbon sights from a different perspective. This is a fun, calm and easy going experience that also allows you to learn about sailing, where you grab the helm, help on the maneuvers and/or just relax, meet people, learn history, curious facts and local tips about Lisboa, aboard of a 12 meters sailboat. The two-hour sailing experience have as main route untie from the marina, sailing head to Praça do Comércio (Comercial Square), then turn to Cristo-Rei (King Christ), then to Torre de Belém (Belem Tower) sailing under the 25 de April bridge, and return to the marina passing by Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Monument to the Discoveries). We also offer several difference experiences for group (min 2 and max 11 people). Tailor made tours are also possible but should be arranged in advance (e.g. Beach, Cascais, Team Builing).
