Idyll only 20 min walk from Arendal city center

Dreaming of a holiday where you can wake up in a good bed, in an old house; pick up strawberries from your own garden for lunch? Old house with rowboat just outside the living room window, large garden with kitchen garden, undisturbed with only a gravel road past that leads to private houses. Here you will find peace, but if you are missing something, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the shopping center. Fishing and swimming opportunities in fresh water right by the house. 15 min walk to local buses, or express bus to Oslo/Stavanger. Only 20 min to walk to the center of Arendal.

Cottage by the sea, jetty and stunning views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Here is the possibility of recreation for the whole family, or for those who just want to stop by for a night. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have 2 sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a little paddle ride inland. Approximately 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100 meters away from a favorite spot. A relaxing vacation, or just a stop through. Here you have a very small house to yourself with space for up to 5 people. Houses stand as an annex on the plot where I live. Here you can use the outdoor area at the property. The surrounding area offers Fantastic hiking opportunities and short distance to the sea. Guests can access boat bikes, Kayaks and Sup boards for a small fee. 4 km to Kalvøysund Fort which is absolutely worth a visit. 1 hour drive to Åmli, where you can climb via ferrata.

Original and modern cabin by the sea

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 12 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Lovely summer house for rent. The house is newly renovated, and appears clean, nice and modern - but still cozy and nostalgic. Here there are three bedrooms, sleeping alcoves and annex, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TV and broadband. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach, own boat space. Two parking spaces attached to the house. Large and great garden, with annexes and soccer goals. New terrace in April 2022.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

At our idyllically located small farm, we rent out the guesthouse. Great view of Vatnebu water. Own sandy beach and the possibility of borrowing a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing. Game hall on the barn with table tennis, air hockey, darts and Fussball. A very great outdoor space. Here there is a lot to enjoy for both young and old.
