Ideal for larger groups, family gatherings, retreats and events this listing combines the 2 Ping Pool Villas in 1 listing. The 2 Villas can be connected by a gate in-between. Together they offer 10 sleeping rooms for 20+ guests. The spacious and luxurious river front villas feature large garden areas, inside and outside sitting areas, private infinity edge salt water swimming pools and beautiful views over the Ping River and mountains. The style can be described as Thai-tropical with a modern uncluttered touch. Right at the edge of the Ping River, the 2 Villas combined have together 10 AC bed rooms for 20 guests (regular) - with extra beds possible for up to 25 adult guests + more beds for children. The Villas can be booked separately and each of them offer total privacy, own pools and gardens. The villas can be connected via a garden gate so the 2 villas can host extra large groups. For the booking of the individual villas please refer to Airbnb postings of Ping Pool Villa 1 and Ping Pool Villa 2. The Villa 1 has a large private infinity edge swimming pool (11x4m) . Villa 2 has a 7x4 m infinity edge pool. Both pools are saltwater pools, beautiful designed with infinity edges, handmade tiles and equipped with Jacuzzi massage jet systems. The villas have living rooms, a lot of outside roofed veranda space and spacious western and Thai kitchens, completely equipped with oven, electric stove, gas stove, large fridges, microwave… The villas offer large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for relaxing, or enjoying a party at your private pool areas overlooking the Ping River and Suthep mountain range. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space with river and pool views. The villas feature fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the river and towards the mountains. The gardens have already big trees and are well developed. The style of the villas can be described as “contemporary Thai tropical” with a “minimalist loft touch”, simple and “uncluttered”. The Villas feature high ceilings and a lot of extra-high glass sliding doors to enjoy the exceptional views. The Villas are purpose built as a “perfect private vacation retreat” for family groups of 20 persons with additional beds possible up to 25 guests. The outside areas with swimming pools and tropical gardens offer you magnificent views over the Mae Ping River. The villas are near Chiang Mai City, in a natural environment surrounded by greenery and a suburban area of mansions and agricultural land use. Several restaurants of different styles and price levels are nearby. As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai – private transport – e.g. rental car or van with driver is recommended. We are happy to assist you for car or van rental at inexpensive local rates. Van rental can be arranged for individual trips or all day usage. It is a 10-15 minute drive to reach the city premises and between 15 to 30 minute drive to locations in the inner city. 5 minutes to the government municipality center, a 10 minute drive to the Chiang Mai Convention center. The villas are conveniently located 1 km north of the ring road (no 121) in direction towards many tourist attractions nearby Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley. We also provide free use of bicycles. The surrounding of the Villas are very convenient and beautiful for bicycling. RATES Web site rates are for up to 20 guests only. For each additional guest there is a surcharge of 500 THB/day LATE CHECK OUT If new guests arrive at the same day check out time is 12.00. Still if there is no pressure we are flexible. There is no surcharge. SELF CATERING Self catering guests are required to clean up after each meal. Additional maid service is however available @ 100 THB p/hour.
