To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available.

Lymphoy Lodge hideaway at foot of the Pentlands

My home is a former lodge house to an estate. It is located in a rural setting with lovely walks just outside the front door and easy access to the Pentland Hills. It is beautiful and tranquil and yet it is only 35 minutes by bus to the centre of Edinburgh (bus stop 3 minutes walk along a pavement). There are shops, a cafe and pubs nearby. Please note that the shower/loo are on the small side and it is a simple and homely room and setting. Breakfast is not provided.
