Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property. For the short (about 200 m), steep climb to the house you will be rewarded with a dreamlike view of the mountains. For loading, and unloading can be driven up to the entrance.

Newly renovated studio with balcony & Watzmann view

Direct Watzmann view from the balcony, pool and public parking on site in the house. The apartment is located on the 2 floor has free high speed internet (from December 2021 5G) and is easily accessible by elevator. It is best to use the apartment for 2 adults. All day long, you will be pampered with the sun when the weather is nice. Schönau am Königsee can also be easily reached on foot in 4 km. The centre of Berchtesgaden is also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the slope!

The Nesterl, a dream in the mountains very close

Apartment Nesterl The way to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. In the living area, a Swedish stove and the natural stone wall create a special feel-good ambience. A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with Italian tiles, rain shower and sauna are another highlight. Large outdoor area with garden seating and fantastic views.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzach Valley, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is embedded in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guest house is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of its healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am unteren Obersalzberg, aber auch nur 5 Auto-Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele (Dokumentation, Königssee, Hintersee, Kehlsteinhaus, Salzbergwerk) sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch im Winter ist man schnell bei den verschiedenen Pisten in der Nähe. Die fast 4km lange Rodelbahn am Obersalzberg ist nur 150m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto. Tolle Wanderwegein direkter Nähe sind ohne Auto erreichbar.
