Alleinstehendes Berghaus auf 1'250 MüM, direkt oberhalb von dem Dorfzentrum von Poschiavo, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das ganze Puschlavertal (Poschiavo, Puschlaversee, Sassalbo). Mit dem Auto kann man bis zum Haus direkt fahren (Parkplätze sind beim Haus vorhanden, in Winter mit 4x4 und je nach Schneeverhältnissen). Zu Fuss ist Poschiavo via Wanderweg in ca. 25 Min. direkt vom Haus erreichbar. Das Haus ist fast komplett renoviert worden (März 2023).
