The house is located 15 km south of the historic town Vadstena with beautiful city centre, nice restaurants and nice little shops. There are access to several different swimming areas in Lake Vättern, among other places, as well as several beautiful hiking trails and unique nature. This old house is located on the shores of Vättern, at the northern end of Omberg in the middle of the plains of Östergötland. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings, or just relax. You can stroll down to the picturesque harbour and swim i the crystal clear water of Vättern, go hiking on one of the many trails across Omberg, or visit the historic center of Vadstena. The house is being completely and tastefully renovated, is fully equipped and comfortably accommodates six people.

Torpet located a stone's throw from Vätterns strand with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We are looking forward to meeting 2023 with upcoming guests and do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. This will be our 9 year hosting our farm and we have met so many nice guests from near and far away through these years. Guests who describe the area as beautiful and serene. Nearby, there is a stone industry in use.
