Charming and luxury apartment in a Central Vila in Sinaia has two spacious bedroom with double beds (one with a convertible sofa bed), a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge,microwave oven, coffee machine,washing machine,plates) with an extensible table seating 5 people. There is a big parking and a lovely garden for our guests to use. The Charming House, with its gorgeous backyard & kazeboo, comfortably fits 10 to 12 people, even 14 - if you’re comfortable sleeping on a couch in the living room. Perfectly equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 x living room with sofa and terrace, 3 bathrooms with shower/bath + 1 toilet , high speed internet connection, cable TV, Netflix, iPod doc, board games, poker table. That was inside. Backyard resembles ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. Shared car access with our left neighbours (time to time).

Our 3 levels home in Poiana Tapului (between Sinaia and Busteni) can be rented to a maximum of 8 adults. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, a balcony, and one and a half bathroom. A house built from basement to the furniture in old Romanian style with natural materials by a carpenter from the village. We built this house for the light and warmth of the chimneys, the lazy afternoons in hammocks, long evenings around the barbecue, relaxing trips or bike on the surrounding hills and the local products that our neighbors are still offering. The kids can play in the courtyard, in the tree house, on the village's football field and along the small stream which is nearby.
