Nice small apartment Close to Manhattan.

The apartment is small perfect for two people (no more )silent place with a park to enjoy. Near Manhattan you can take the subway on Broadway number 1 (Uber taxi car to the subway 4 minutes) or bus to the subway 4 is express in 35 minutes you will be in midtown Manhattan. (the bus 4 to Woodland is in the corner of the house. Is the basement. apartment, with natural light and Windows the apartment is like a photo. This is perfect for tourists who want to spend little money to get to know NYC

Cozy home away from home . Come relax

Small full size kitchen. 1 large bedroom, with a queen bed. Living room has a day bed that sleeps another 2 adults. Great place to relax after a long day in the city. 15 min walking distance to Pelham Metro North station which takes you to Grand Central in 35 minutes. Or a 15 minute bus ride to the Dyer ave 5 train which takes about 45 min to Grand Central and cost a lot less then Metro North. Please be sure you can handle commute. If u dont wish to walk or take bus you can take cab.

A 30 min ride to LGA and 20 min ride to grand central. There is a private backyard and a parking space.
