Stylish Private House in Tranquil Central Residential Area
Welcome to FANTASTIC44. Feel as if in a tropical oasis while enjoying a sundowner on the peaceful verdant terrace, yet still in the midst of the city. The interior is beautifully furnished with a mix of local and western influences and comforts, and features parquet floors. Live like a local among a lovely neighborhood in the local residential area of Bangkok.
Fantastic 44 is a 2 story house with open spaces. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, Blue, White and Red, on the upper floor. “White” is reserved and not for rent. “Red” is located in front of the house with King Size Bed. “Blue” is located at the backend of the house with Queen Size Bed. Both of them have Air Conditioner, TV and DVD Player inside. Towels, bathrobes, slippers and umbrella are well prepared for you inside the room. You can also find a safe to keep your valuable items inside your room.
There is spacious common area downstairs : Living Area with 48” LED TV, Cable TV, DVD Player / Dining Area / Kitchen with Electric Appliances, Kitchenware, Cutlery and all you may need for simple cooking. In front of the house, there is a terrace with outdoor seating in the open space beneath big mango trees.
There are 2 Bathrooms. The upper one with Rain Shower. The lower one with urinal. Both of them have shower with water heater, washbasin and toilet.
There will be 2 houses next to each other, sharing the same land. The one on the left is for you “Fantastic 44”, the right one is for us. There will be little fences on both sides of the house. Behind them is the Restricted Area, please do not enter. Please feel free to utilize your bedroom and the common areas inside the house and also the outdoor area in front of the house.

Or you can contact me by LINE ID : TOR. My house members will also be very happy to assist you, they all live with me in a house next to you. We also have a burmese housemaid who live with us 24/7. Her name is Chu. She will always be there to help. You can ask her to go out and buy you anything when other members are home. There has to be someone (at least one) home all the time. We will not let you home alone. Most of us have English communication skills, except Chu.
The house is located in a quiet local residential area of Central Bangkok. There's a big local day & night Huai Khwang market, a 5-minute walk from the house. There are many good local restaurants, street food stalls, and massage shops around the area. There are interesting places nearby including the popular Ganesha Shrine and the Thailand Cultural Center.
10 mins walk to MRT (Underground) Huai Khwang Station. Accessible from 4 main roads (Ratchadapisek Rd./ Vibhavadi Rd./ Pracha Songkhro Rd./ Sutthisan Rd.). Near bus exchanges. You can easily find all kind of transportations here such as Motorbike, Tuk-Tuk, Taxi, Bus or Underground. We also have Bicycles for you to explore around. 5 mins walk to Huai Khwang Local Fresh Market & Night Market where you can find fresh tropical fruits, street foods & enjoy shopping 24/7.
Everything you may need is well prepared for your comfort during your stay. If you have any extra need, please let us know. You can also ask for laundry or meals other than breakfast, we are willing to serve you with reasonable price. You can ask Chu to go out to buy something or do anything for you, just leave her some tip if you are impressed with her service (up to you, it's not a must). Please feel at home and take good care of it as if it's yours.
We have some house's souvenirs for sale (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.), please let us know if you'd like to buy ones.
