Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. The house provides a great base to explore the greater region and places like Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, Mount Ventoux, etc.

Explore Cultural Sites Near a Studio in the Hills of Luberon

This studio is really charming, and have a lot of cachet ! located in the heart Bonnieux at less than 5 mn walking from all amenities (restaurants, shops...), you will enjoy the "Provençal way of life" during your stay. In the bedroom, you will feel away from the modern world standing below its 400 years old arches! But you will have all the comfort of a newly renovated place with a separate entrance, your private bathroom, a wifi access, an equiped kitchen... You will enjoy having a drink and your meals outside on the terrace. Important : For those willing to rent a larger place (up to 4 pax), we also rent a duplex apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. You will find this other listing named "charming duplex apartment" in my profile. The studio is all yours. It's an independent apartment with its own private courtyard and entry door. We always do our best to help our guests and to make sure that they have all what they need during their stay : booking restaurants, providing advices and tips about the area, where to go, what to do... We are always happy to talk with them and guide them trough their journey in Provence to make it a wonderful stay. The studio is located in the heart of the Village of Bonnieux, in the foothills of the Massif du Luberon, 50 kilometers east of the mediaeval city of Avingnon. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are within a 5-minute walk of the house. It is possible to come to Bonnieux by Bus from Marseille (Marignane International Airport), Aix en Provence (TGV Station) or Avignon (TGV Station). However, the best option is definitely to rent a car. We are close (1 hour drive) from Avignon and Aix en Provence (TGV stations), and Marseille (Marignane International Airport). Lot of our previous guests were landing in Nice (around 3h away from Bonnieux) because there is a good choice of international flights.
