The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for four people, a television and log burner. An outside table and four chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland.
