Half basement-Enjoy luxurious sleep in our quiet neighborhood on our king size memory foam mattress and black out blinds, or take a nap on our full leather sofa. We have also just installed central AC so you will be comfortable even on the warmest days. 5 min walk from Main St where you will find pharmacies, grocery store, coffees, and shopping. beach is 7 min drive away. Private yard space with BBQ, and shaded area under the carport. For the ones who enjoy cooking, we have a full kitchen :)

Our basement suite is quiet and spacious, with lots of natural light. We are located in a rural area a very short drive from downtown Summerland. From the windows you can see Okanagan Lake and all the local birds that make their home here. We are within walking distance of several great wineries! - Crushpad (4 min walk) - Sage Hills (15 min walk) - Sumac Ridge (25 min walk/5 min drive) There is great biking, hiking and walking which we can help you choose. Several beaches are a short drive.

Summerland is also well known for the bottle neck drive where you can visit multiple wineries for a tasting and lunch while enjoying the views. There is no smoking of any kind inside or outside. No large pets please. Also not suitable for small children.
