Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, 15-20 min drive to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Spain Hamlet studio is located on eleven private acres by the Yellow river, next to the oldest Victorian house in Atlanta, circa 1834. It occupies the second story of the carriage house and has private everything including parking space.
