Everything is explain prior with detailed instructions from any way into the city, to where to pick up the keys and or park... I also will answer any questions my guest may have. Located in the city center, the apartment is steps away from the subway and walking distance to the Financial District, Eaton Centre, Dundas Square, historic Massey Hall, plus restaurants and nightlife. The subway is literally a minute away. Very easy to get around and shopping (Eaton's Centre is Parallel to the building), groceries, shows (Massey Hall next door), concerts, hospital (St. Michael's Hospital across the street) theater, Dundas Square, etc. are within walking distance. This neighbourhood is full of life and there is always something going on. Being in the center of the city makes it easy to get around via public transportation, on foot or in a taxi/Uber. Everything is literally at your door step.

Corner unit in the heart of the downtown core. The location can not get any better. Walking distance to CN tower, Rogers center, Ripleys aquarium, convention center, clubs and restaurant row. Walking score is 100. Netflix is available on the smart tv. The building does allow air bnbs but the concierge do not answer any questions or deal with check ins or outs. Please direct any questions you may have to me only. Party's are not allowed and loud noise past 11pm is not permitted.
