This is a residential house that is over 80 years old, which gives it some character. However, it also means that it is not perfect. If that is what you are looking for or are a complainer, this is not for you. I find that the interior decorating is special about my place. When you walk through the door, you are met with happy colors (yellow is my favorite color.) The decor makes the home cozy and gives you that homey feel. The home is clean, neat and all things are in order. Good energy.

Located in a peaceful suburb of Dayton, Ohio. This is a private room with a queen-sized bed. The mattress is waterproof, so furry friends are welcome:) There is a 43-inch Roku tv, mini-fridge, box fan, and plenty of extra blankets for your comfort. The tv can also be moved to allow a twin-sized blow-up mattress with a very comfortable pillow-top mattress to allow room for a third guest.
