Our home is quiet mintraching north of Munich. The studio sparrow nest is located on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and offers everything needed for a longer and shorter stay. The studio is equipped with kitchenette and bathroom. Parking is free in front of the house. Munich can be reached by S-Bahn or car. Bicycles can be borrowed from us for free. Washer and dryer can be used. There are supermarkets in Neufahrn.

Hello, Rent out a nice, bright room in a quiet neighborhood. It's the only room I rent out, except for me, there's no one in the apartment. Kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine, iron, dryer, etc., can also be used. There is only one bathroom, with tub, which we have to share.
