Passed over by hurricane Ian! Lots of bird watching on a quiet, dead end street within a bird sanctuary. Bicycles and kayaks welcome, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Spring Training 2 1/2 mile bike ride away. El Jobean fishing pier, a boat ramp, The Bean Cafe, Shipwreck Saloon, and the Big Bamboo also just a bike ride away. 20 minute drive to a nice beach. Home owners may, or may not be present on their sailboat. Our affordable piece of paradise to enjoy Eternal Sunshine. 420 friendly.
