Refrigerator, 2-seater induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fireplace - possibility to heat with wood, air source heat pump, washing machine. Shower+ bathroom underfloor heating. Terrace. Barrel sauna- 70€ extra. Grill- bring charcoal, other included. Children's playground, trampoline, swings, rope bunk, playhouse, courtyard for running. We have a small dog, mini rabbit, chickens. The family lives next door in the house.

Lovely apartment with its own balcony just away from the city, but South Center and Selver are just a short walk away. Great bus connection to the city. Close to the apartment is a little wooden block where you can also enjoy and walk a little bit of the birds singing. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)
