My seaside flat is fabulously located in the centre of the buzzing seaside town of Exmouth just five minutes from the railway station, wide sandy beach and wonderful Exe Estuary Trail cycle trail / path. The Marina and Kite Surfing Centre are just a short walk away. The flat has its own parking space. Accommodation is on the third floor with access via stairs. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern well-equipped kitchen, bath/shower, wifi and a cosy lounge - plus board games and TV.

Just across the road from the sea and the beach steps, a couple of metres from the middle of Exmouth esplanade, to the right of the clock tower is our stunning, luxury, 1st floor apartment situated within a large white Victorian seaside townhouse. Our superb sea views are magnificent. Sun pours in through our huge bay window which is almost floor to ceiling and it’s an absolute joy to look at the exceptional view and watch the many varied vessels sail past 40 metres in front of you!
