Beautiful, designed summer house

This is a new built and designed summer house on the Baltic island of Gotland. The houses are located 40 km south of Visby (6 km south of Klintehamn), takes about 40 minute drive from Visby. In Klintehamn has everything you need except for liquor store. It is 600 meters down to Fröjel fish camp where there are bathing and about 1 km to the sandy beach where it is shallow and child friendly. It's also close to Kronholmen golf course. And make sure you take your time to visit Fårö the recent home for late Ingmar Bergman as well as lovely beaches and a stunning nature. The big house is 99 m2 with plenty of room for 6-8 people. There is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a junior bed. Two smaller bedrooms with one bed (105 cm) in each room. And a large loft with two beds can be used as two singles beds or one double bed and 2 extra mattresses. To reach the loft you need to climb a ladder, not suited for young children or elderly people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8-10 people. The living room has fireplace and nice seating area with room for many. The bathroom has a shower, flush toilet and washing machine. The small house is 23 m2, has two beds wich you can use separately or together and it can fit two mattresses on the floor, a kitchen with running water, hot water heater, fridge, microwave and a flush toilet. There is access to barbecue and bicycles. You rent Sunday to Sunday (access to the house from 13 pm and leave at 11 am). Important! - You cannot rent the houses separately. - Not included: sheets, towels, toilet paper, wood and coal. - Cleaning is not included, you will find instructions in the house. - Because of allergies no animals are allowed in the house.
