An abundance of wildlife can be spotted including whales, dolphins, otters and Golden Eagles. A foot ferry from nearby Salen runs to Tobermory on the island of Mull, or from Kilchoan there is a more regular car ferry. The Isles of Skye, Rum, Egg and Canna can be reached from the fishing port of Mallaig. A superb area for walking, fishing, biking and a variety of watersports. Good tearoom 4 miles. Shop and pub 5 miles, restaurant 7 miles.
