Ideal location in luxury residence. Access to the furrow and the beach. Very bright, quiet, balcony, elevator. The free covered and secure private parking is a real plus. Lots of intra muros charm

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we could eventually welcome before 3 or after 6 pm if we are available, thanks for telling us when you make the booking request.

Superb refurbished historic centre accommodation in a building dating from the 17th century . Beaches at 150 meters. All shops nearby . 50 metres from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 metres from the Palais des Congrès, a 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
