Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Bikes for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.

Beautiful apartment in idyllic basement alley

This unique accommodation is located in an idyllic cellar street, but only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The garden consists of several levels and is nicely integrated into the Kellergasse. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the Kellergasse is hardly used.
