Beautiful apartment of 2 rooms on the 1st line of the beach, ideal for couples or families. The apartment has a living-dining room with sofa bed, views of the beach and open kitchen, fully equipped. It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a secondary bedroom with a sofa bed and ocean views. There is a sink with sink and toilet, and another bathroom with a bathtub and sink. It is 5 minutes from downtown, with a direct exit to the promenade and has a supermarket at the door of the building (open summer).
