Central, charming old building room
I rent out a very cozy room in lively St. Georg. The room is in a 4 bedroom apartment. It is located on the street side, which can come on weekends and in the evening to the soundscape by the restaurants from below. It is a quite lively street where the house is located. A comfortable single bed, desk, shelf, dresser for your belongings, as well as seating (armchair, chair).
A Nespresso machine is available in the kitchen.
Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with bathtub, which is available, and a fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with a bistro table, toaster, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. From the kitchen you can look at the rooftops of the neighborhood and see the TV Tower in the background.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building, with the typical wooden floorboards and stucco on the ceiling.
There is NO elevator.
Typically, I don't stay in the apartment during the guest stay.
St. Georg is a very popular and international district. Just outside the door you will find various restaurants, many small cafes for breakfast and cake, as well as many small and larger shops, for everyday needs. A supermarket (excellent as a market of the year 2013) can be reached in 2 minutes, and in just 3 minutes you can walk to the Aussenalster.
The Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago) leads directly through the Lange Reihe and is therefore of great interest to the pilgrims. From the room window you can see the towers of the Duomo of St. Marien.

Close to the Elphi (Elbphilharmonie) and directly on the harbor, in the Hamburg New Town, close to the city, close to the musical, St.Pauli and the Hamburg Michel "around the corner": it is a very quiet 1-room apartment (45 sqm) in the heart of Hamburg, courtyard location, without traffic noise, directly on the harbor.
The Elbphilharmonie is 600m away ! The renovated apartment has everything you need for a short and medium-term stay in Hamburg. The stop of metro line 3 is 250 meters away.
