The cabin was new in February 2017. It is modern, functional and has a panorama view, a perfect basecamp for a variety of hikes and trips in addition to relaxing around the cabin. The area offers great possibilities for fishing trout in the mountain lakes and salmon in the Bjerkreimselva, listed as one of the best salmon rivers in Norway! Try also the Kodlom lake just outside the door! In the winter season, Stavtjørn is well known for its excellent cross country and alpine skiing terrain.

The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå or to visit the local climbing park "Klatreparken Høyt og Lavt". It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.

Idyll for rent only 40 min drive from Stavanger. 12 min to drive to Jørpeland and 14 min to the Pulpit Rock.The cottage is located just about 50 meters from the sea. Fyrtårn fra 1895 med bolig og leilighet i selve tårnet. Bygget er etablert på et skjær ytterst i Rekefjord. Orginalt inventar fra tiden når fyrvokterne med familie bodde i fyrtårnet. Fyrtårnet innehar Kjøkken, bad og toalett, stue, boder, atrium med panoramautsikt, 3 soverom og lite kjøkken som er omgjort til ekstra soverom. Benedikte-huset ligger ca ti minutters kjøretur fra Egersund sentrum og ca fem minutter fra E39. Vi har forsøkt å gjenskape gjestfriheten til Benedikte - den siste som bodde i det gamle huset - i dette moderne og helt nybygde gårdshuset i utkanten av tunet på Svindland gård. Her finner gjestene ro og idyll. På gården står det hester, vi har to hunder og et koselig påfuglpar som går fritt. Huset er topp moderne og velutstyrt.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.

Det er fem minutter å gå til matbutikk. Fine turmuligheter i området. 20min gåtur til togstasjon, som tar deg til Bryne, Sandnes og Stavanger.
