With basement entrance it has an elevator to access upper floor. Drive is gravel when turning off road and then left onto concrete drive with a carport. Orange dumpster by driveway.

Located in the small community of Cottageville, WV is this 278 acre farm found at the end of a country road. This is the family farm that I grew up on as a child. My father Doug and his wife Vicky live in the main house and tend to the hay fields and approximate 30 head of cattle. The farm house sits just below the top of a hill with a nice view of a farm field that the cows enjoy grazing on. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the large farmhouse porch, take walks, and using the fire pit.
