Great central location with nicely remodeled bathroom space to call your own. Home is on a quite street, close to interstate, 10 minutes from downtown, 12 minutes to airport. The kitchen, laundry and living room are open for use. Bars and food nearby. Located next to the bike trail for long walks or rides to downtown. I work from home and am usually around but do my best to give guests all of the privacy they need. I currently do not provide coffee, but good options are nearby.

Enjoy your stay in Des Moines at a historic house just a few miles north of downtown. Easy access to the bike trails, free street parking, and just blocks away from historic Highland Park. The bedroom is on the main level and includes a queen size bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with me and my cat, Dagny. She is very friendly, and may come visit you from time to time. I stay upstairs and mostly keep to myself, but can be available if needed.
