Newly built cottage 50sqm four meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic view in beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and pier. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, boules court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub embedded in the wooden deck just outside the cabin - available Apr-Sep. Wood-burning stove in the house and one outside. Wood is available. Here you come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Bed sheets and towels are included.

Gräddö is a cozy village with a lot to discover.

The villa is a wing building by the main house. Car is almost a must; far to bus stop and shops. Shop, ICA Blidö, located at 7 km distance. Free car ferries every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate people with mobility issues. Dog is allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
