Main bathroom is shared however has second toilet on ground floor. Your bedroom has direct access to a spacious balcony to watch the world go by. Kent Town is a Adelaide's inner coveted eastern fringe of the city, close to parklands. Very convenient to the CBD. Visitor permit parking is available.
