The semi detached cottage has a lovely bedroom with oak king sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in power shower. There is an open plan kitchen with all the mod cons, and a living, dining area with views onto the river. Outside, there is a wooden decking area with a bubbling hot tub where guests can relax.

Self contained annex in a converted Steading built circa 1720 only minutes from centre of Killin. King bed, bathroom with rain shower. Basic Galley kitchen, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave that’s a oven/grill also, kettle, toaster, (No freezer), a small lounge area with table and chairs and original wooden beams. Private garden area with seating and BBQ. We have a z bed if a third person wishes to stay in lounge. Happy to offer a drawer in our chest freezer in garage if needed.
