Unwind on the Private Terrace of a Downtown Oasis

Soak up the sun or share pre-dinner drinks with friends on the 1,000 square foot terrace and take in 270-degree views of downtown. Hotel-style safes, Missoni cushions and modern artwork add a touch of luxury to this condo. Everything about this space is custom and top of the line. Furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... Missoni pillows… fascinating art...upscale linens from Sferra and Abyss...Stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen… Electric blinds in every room...High Def OLED Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sunbathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation, or even an intimate catered dinner party. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. Upon arrival, you will generally find fresh flowers, coffee, tea, cream, milk, some juice and beer and a bottle of sparkling wine, plus my favourite Lindt chocolate bar :) Please let me know if you require any additional items prior to your stay and I will do my best to accommodate. There are 3 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds. Each of the first two have their own ensuite bathroom + the custom wall to wall cozier 3rd bedroom has a curved OLED High Def TV. There is an available roll-away bed for groups of 7 people, though the 7th person will be in the living area. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own private hotel style safe. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The first has a tub/shower, the second a marble shower and the third is a two piece bathroom. Toiletries are provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter with it's own tap at the kitchen sink. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy our coffee selection. If needed, parking is in our own private spot off the elevators and is included at no extra charge. Lastly, please note that our spectacular and cozy sister property is right next door with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps five and also boasts a south view with another 1,000 foot terrace. Together, we can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Access of the gym and outdoor space with BBQ is included. (6th floor) Note: If for some reason we cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, we will send you the lock-box instructions. You can call us at any time for help. The western end of Queen is best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and the visual arts. Chinatown is just a few blocks away for an after-club meal. Famous Queen Street West is just a block away for shopping. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; No more than 7 sleeping in the suite ...no more than 10 in the suite or on the terrace. There have been numerous noise complaints and management have told us that evictions and $500.00 fines are coming our way for any guests that are loud. We have no say once security gets involved. NO loud music NO parties. NO events without prior written consent. NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Million Dollar City Views in Stylish and Trendy Apartment

Gaze at a seemingly unending city view through the full-size windows of this condo that sits high above the downtown hustle. The 46" HDTV offers great viewing, while features like marble counter tops and ceiling spotlights add real style. • Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID and present that same piece of ID on check in. This 525 sqft condo has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep almost any meal. The bathroom features a full bath and I provide extra toiletries if you've forgotten anything. You are renting my entire apartment. Accommodations are not shared with anyone. Easily connect to my AppleTV to enjoy your own music collection or watch Netflix. Please contact me directly if you have any issues or questions. A reminder that this apartment is in a executive condo building and loud and excessive noise is not tolerated. NO PARTIES! The condo is just south of upscale shopping and dining in Yorkville. There are great restaurants and pubs around the condo and the Royal Ontario Museum is within easy reach. Church Street in the Toronto gay village is a couple of blocks away. Easy access to the subway line is available via college station - about a 5-7 minute walk and there is a bus stop seconds from the lobby. Please follow all my rules - I am a strict host - and I charge/fine guests through the resolution centre when needed. I need compliance with my rules to continue to operate in the condo (so neighbours are not disturbed) and to ensure that the unit is ready for your stay as well as the next guest's. When you arrive, you'll see that I'm not just strict with the rules, but also with making sure that the cleaning and prep are perfect. Up to 4 adults can be accommodated - 2 in the queen sized bed and 2 on the sofa-bed. Pillows and linens provided for the number of guests in the reservation. Airbnb is permitted in the building, but building staff and concierge do not support Airbnb guests (per the direction of building management). Most of my guests simply say they're friends of mine and are staying in my condo, as I do not advertise the fact that I'm an Airbnb host within the building to keep things simple.Please bear in mind that you're staying in a condo and not a hotel. The concierge has no information about your stay and cannot help you with anything. Please direct all questions to me via phone, text or Airbnb messaging.

Funkiest decor ever - 100-year-old shutters, oars marine sign, piano leg, and old lantern lights and an old boat in the garden , this place is overflowing with character. Best beach ever is steps away! Early and late check in and outs may be available and charged accordingly. Perfect central location- easy drive to Blue Mountain and the Village at Blue, steps to beach, close to micro breweries, wineries, small towns, Shopping, biking, golfing, hiking and more. Quiet neighbourhood, easy access to major roads and very cool house! Guests can park on property and enjoy the yard. Happy to meet the guests or let them enjoy private time! The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Cook in a state-of-the-art kitchen with marble countertops that echo the textured wood floors. Outside, grill on a gas BBQ in the privacy of a shaded deck surrounded by oak trees. Sleep in new beds with top-of-the-line mattresses and bamboo linens. We have taken extra measures to make sure the cottage is cleaned and well-kept. The cottage has an airy Southwestern feel when you first step in the door! We allow pets at the cottage. There is a pet fee. The fee is $10.00 per day for each pet you bring to the cottage. We are Licensed by the town of Fort Erie.STR R000041 Sandy Shore Cottage offers all the amentias of home. The cottage has Two bedrooms, One bathroom and can comfortably accommodate you group of 7. All the beds are new with top of line mattress, and bamboo linens. The out side deck is surrounded with beautiful oak trees, witch make for a very private setting. Gas BBQ, propane provided. We just purchased the cottage in the Fall of 2017 se have no reviews as of yet. Please Text or email if you have any question. Side door keyless entry. The cottage is one block from Bay Beach (Crystal Beach) on the shores of Lake Erie. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, with Niagara Falls only a 20-minute trip. One of Canada's biggest outdoor shopping centers is also only a short drive away. Restaurants are at the end of the street no need to drive your car. Public Transportation at the end of street.
