From the station you get to Como in 10-15 minutes. Milan you can get there in 45 minutes(by direct train). The area is very quiet. There is a pizzeria, a bar, a bakery, a bank, a post office and a tobacco shop. Available: towels, wifi, hairdryer, iron. The beds are not comfortable for people taller than 1.90.
