There's a Queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out memory foam queen sleeper. The only shared space would be the fire pit patio area and the dock. Kitchen is stocked well with cooking necessities, flatware and includes a keurig, blender, etc. Approximately 8 minutes from Geneseo and 20 minutes from Letchworth State Park.Docks are seasonal.
