Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large enclosed deck area with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.

Wayside is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage on the A438 just by the pretty little village of Llowes. Only 6 minutes from Hay on Wye - the famous Town of Books. Very spacious cottage with separate lounge, dining room seating 6 and kitchen with eating area for 4. There are stunning views of the Black Mountains from the bedrooms.
