Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio pubblico. Compreso nel prezzo. Indicare nr. di targa prima dell’arrivo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.
