The room with bathroom is located in our house on the 1st floor. We live about 6 mn walk from the S-Bahn to Munich. It is 25 mn to the main station Munich. Shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, baker, drugstore...is 4 mn from the house. Cultural programme at Fürstenfeld Monastery. Several restaurants, bathing oasis with sauna within walking distance. Bike tours are possible. Bicycles can be provided for a fee. We speak German, French and English

Very quiet and cozy 1 room apartment with balcony in Olching. Parking on the property. The bus can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. This goes to S-Bahn (about 1.5km) with which you can go to Munich. It takes about 30 minutes The bed and mattress are new (140x200). A fully equipped kitchen is also available. If something needs to be done for work, a desk provides enough space.
