The apartment where we are located is very cozy. This is a first floor without an elevator, located 2 minutes from the promenade.
Perfect if you are traveling alone and want to get to know the island or for work visits.
We are very close to the market and the Cathedral, as well as the old town and the center of Palma is about a 20-30 minute walk.
Good connections to public transportation in general.
A young Siamese kitten joins us in our home.

The room is very bright, we are very close to the center (15 minutes walking to the main street). You can do almost everything by walking. You have at your disposal a small refrigerator, microwave, utensils for your food (The kitchen is NOT available). The bathroom is shared with another guest (if there is one in the other room). Please READ THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. I must clarify that this is a normal house and there are no luxuries.
